Overview of The Project
As a budget-friendly pre-lease FF&E fit out for a business centre, the Creative Systems team was engaged to provide an attractive yet practical furnishings solution. The objective was to enhance the office's look and feel using budgeted-for products without sacrificing design or quality. Our team aimed to utilize the budget by using creative furniture placements and careful product choice to maximize the impact.
The outcome is a minimalist, contemporary space that has a cohesive, professional feel which was achieved through the use of minimalist, low-cost furnishings complemented by subtle design elements that unify the entire space.
The workspace fitout features a thoughtful selection of furniture pieces designed to balance functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal—all while remaining budget-conscious. At the heart of the setup are Okidoki tables, which bring a fresh and playful touch to the space with their soft timber finishes and minimalist design. Paired with desk screens, each workstation offers a sense of privacy and personalisation, allowing users to make the space their own while maintaining an open and collaborative layout.
In the shared areas, Delphi coffee tables add a refined, modern element to informal meeting zones and breakout spaces. Their sleek profiles and neutral tones help tie the space together without overwhelming the overall design. For more structured group interactions, I.AM meeting tables were used to support a clean and versatile meeting environment, perfect for both quick catch-ups and longer collaboration sessions.
The seating is rounded out with comfortable timber-based armchairs, which introduce a natural texture to the interior and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This combination of furniture elements not only looks good but also supports the day-to-day needs of the business centre. With each piece carefully selected for both form and function, the space feels cohesive, efficient, and ready for use.
