Refund policy

Creative Systems specialises in the manufacture and supply of commercial and education furniture in Adelaide and across South Australia. We have built a reputation for quality and are committed to reliability, performance, and long-term value for our clients.

Made-to-Order Products

In most cases, the furniture selected on our website is manufactured locally to order. These are not standard “off-the-shelf” items. For this reason, returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or project variation. 

We encourage clients to contact our team prior to ordering to ensure the right product selection for your space.

Returns & Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or defective on delivery, or
  • The product does not match the approved order specifications

Return Window

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Costs

  • If a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, Creative Systems will arrange repair or replacement at no cost
  • Returns are not accepted for non-faulty items

Exchanges & Replacements

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. If a product is faulty, we will provide a repair or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery Area – Adelaide & South Australia

Delivery for online orders is currently limited to the Adelaide Metro area. Depending on the product, items may be shipped directly from suppliers or delivered by Creative Systems staff. 
For projects outside Adelaide, please contact us to discuss options.
